Your information.

Inquiries and consultations

Consultation inquiries are handled by email at [email protected]. You do not need to include birth details in your first message. Birth details, charts and consultation records are used in preparing and providing the consultation.

Client records and birth-chart data are primarily stored locally. Some recordings, charts and records are stored using cloud services. Live consultations ordinarily use Google Meet, and audio recordings are provided to clients. Offline copies of consultation recordings are retained in case clients request them again.

Scheduling and payment are arranged manually by email. This website does not schedule appointments or process payments.

Email subscriptions

Kit manages Fated Crossings email subscriptions and sends updates. The email signup form on the Home and Contact pages is available without Analytics or Marketing permission. Submitting it sends your email address to a first-party endpoint on this website, hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which forwards it securely to Kit for the Fated Crossings Updates form.

The signup form does not load Kit’s tracking JavaScript, create a ckid visitor identifier or send Kit form-visit requests. Your browser does not contact Kit to display or submit this form. Subscriber details are sent to Kit only after you intentionally submit. Basic validation, a hidden spam field and short-lived request limits help protect the signup endpoint; request limits use a hashed network identifier rather than storing your email address.

You can also use the optional link to Kit’s hosted signup form. Following that link opens Kit’s website, where its own privacy practices, scripts and storage apply. Analytics and Marketing choices on this website do not subscribe or unsubscribe you from email.

You will receive a confirmation email; confirm your subscription to receive updates. You may unsubscribe using the link in subscription emails. Unsubscribing stops updates; it is not a promise that all subscriber records are deleted.

Kit describes its data handling in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum. Provider practices and account settings can affect technical data, cookies and email engagement tracking.

Privacy choices and optional tracking

Necessary storage supports the site and remembers your privacy choices. Analytics and Marketing are optional and start off. You can accept or reject both, choose categories separately, or change or withdraw your choices using Privacy choices in the footer. Choosing Reject optional does not prevent you from reading the site or making a consultation inquiry.

The self-hosted CookieConsent controls save your selection in a first-party cookie named fca_consent for up to 182 days. This is a preference-cookie lifetime, not a retention period for consultation or subscriber records. Clearing browser cookies, changing browsers, or a new consent revision can prompt you to choose again. Preferences are not synchronized across devices.

An active Global Privacy Control signal blocks Marketing, including any previously saved marketing permission. Analytics remains a separate choice. With JavaScript disabled, optional tracking does not load; the consent controls are unavailable.

Google Tag Manager and consent-dependent analytics

Google Consent Mode v2 defaults deny optional analytics and advertising storage and uses before a choice is made. Google Tag Manager container GTM-TGWV8ZCG loads only after you grant Analytics or Marketing permission, including a saved choice for the current consent revision. Rejecting both keeps it unloaded. Marketing permission alone does not authorize Google Analytics 4. Choices saved while the integration was inactive must be renewed.

Google Analytics 4 property G-PYY9ZRS89M is active and measures website use, including page visits and interactions, through Google Tag Manager when you grant Analytics permission. With that permission, it may use cookies and process page addresses, interactions, browser and device details, and network information through Google. Marketing permission alone does not authorize Google Analytics 4. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Withdrawing Analytics permission disables measurement for this GA4 property, removes recognized analytics cookies where accessible, and reloads the page to unload running tags. Google Tag Manager may load again if Marketing permission remains, but this GA4 property stays disabled unless you grant Analytics permission again. Withdrawal cannot undo information already transmitted.

TikTok and Meta advertising pixels

TikTok Pixel (DBAHK2BC77U6POU9B8EG) and Meta Pixel (1108972902117574) are active on this website through Google Tag Manager. They load and send browser-side events only when you grant Marketing permission; Analytics permission alone does not authorize either pixel. Both currently measure page visits, and their providers may process page addresses, browser and device information, network information and identifiers according to their respective settings and policies. This information may be used for advertising measurement and audiences. See TikTok's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy.

Withdrawing optional consent stops the integrations covered by the withdrawn permissions. Recognized optional first-party cookies are removed where accessible. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent, delete third-party cookies from other domains, or erase provider records. The email unsubscribe process remains separate from these choices.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance on the production website through a beacon automatically added by Cloudflare. Cloudflare describes this service as using no analytics cookies or localStorage and no visitor fingerprinting. It operates separately from the optional Google Analytics and advertising choices above. The current Cloudflare setting excludes visitor data in the EU.

The beacon sends page and performance measurements to Cloudflare; cookieless does not mean that no information is transmitted. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation for details.

This website and its signup endpoint are hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Choosing the optional hosted Kit signup link opens Kit’s website, which may make third-party requests and use cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its provider disclosures.

Email, meetings, cloud storage and subscriptions involve third-party services. Those services have their own data-handling practices. This notice does not make a guarantee about their security or retention practices.
